Recently in September 2023, Moto G85 was introduced to India and is likely to roll out later this year. With the official launch yet to take place, leaked specs indicate what might be the case for the upcoming flagship.
The last updated information about Moto G85’s price has been disclosed during an inadvertent retail listing. In one of ToolJunction’s blog posts, they shared leaked design renders of Moto G85 5G.
Leaked Design of Moto G85 5G
In that post, some images were also leaked showing it as shown below.
For instance, on its design pattern, its front end may have a camera hole punched in a centering manner and screen edges all around it that bend from their flat state into sleek curves at those ends where they meet bezels that are thin on either side of such edge.
From the pictures leaked so far it will appear that Moto G85 is slightly altered than its predecessor model.

The back panel will reportedly come with dual rear cameras set up and it seems the back camera module design differs from the Moto G84 phone.
Maybe there are two separate circular units placed vertically comprising two lenses with an oval-shaped LED flash unit found at the center located next to each other on the same axis in the middle which makes us expect having these modules arranged vertically within an elongated circle instead of containing them inside round shape as previously seen on Moto G84 devices’ back covers.
Moto G85 5G Specifications (Expected)
To add to the previous leaks, a Snapdragon 4 Gen 3 is expected on the device. Another rumor says that Moto G85 will come with a 5,000 mAh battery and support 30W wired charging.
The list also mentioned Geekbench, where there was an indication of this phone featuring an Android 14-based UI, Adreno 619 GPU, and RAM of 8GB.
Though the variant with an8GB RAM has already been listed a website belonging to the European seller indicated a different variant with a memory size of about 12 GB RAM plus a storage capacity of about 256GB.
A recent leak on X revealed that the phone had a display panel of 6.55-inch OLED.
Moto G85 5G Price (Expected)
The accidental listing on a European retailing site suggested that the Moto G85 5G could be priced at EUR300 which translates to roughly Rs27,000.
Moto G84 started at just rs18999 when it landed in India around September last year according to Amazon’s info.
Even though the higher version is thought to be better than its predecessor due to changes in some important features, it may just be worth its expected price ultimately after all.
