After launching the Find X8 and Find X8 Pro in China, Oppo is gearing up to release the Find X8 Ultra in early 2025.
Alongside this, Oppo fans have another treat on the horizon, the highly anticipated Oppo Find N5 foldable phone.
Thanks to tipster Digital Chat Station, we now have some new insights into what the Oppo Find N5 might bring to the table.
What’s New with the Oppo Find N5?
The Oppo Find N5 is set to carry forward the design of its predecessor, the Find N3, complete with its recognizable large, circular camera module on the back.
While the screen size of the Find N5 is getting an upgrade, the exact dimensions haven’t been revealed.
Earlier leaks indicate that the device’s internal screen will support a sharp 2K+ resolution, ideal for crystal-clear visuals.
Powering this foldable beauty is Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, making the Find N5 potentially the first foldable to feature this new processor.
Oppo is also boosting the battery with a dual-cell configuration: 2,460mAh + 3,105mAh, bringing the total capacity up to about 5,565mAh, which could provide a typical capacity of 5,700mAh. This means longer battery life, even for power users.

Charging and Wireless Features
Though Oppo hasn’t confirmed specifics on charging speed, leaks suggest the Find N5 will support wireless charging.
It’s also expected to introduce magnetic wireless charging, which could make charging more convenient, keeping wires out of the way and reducing wear on the charging port.

Triple Hasselblad Camera System
Photography fans can look forward to the Find N5’s camera setup. Co-developed with Hasselblad, the Find N5 is rumored to feature a 50-megapixel main camera, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom.
This setup promises a versatile photography experience with high-quality shots, whether capturing wide landscapes or zooming in for finer details.
To keep the design sleek, Oppo is expected to include a custom, slim USB-C port, making the device slim when folded, around 9.x mm thick.
