Known for its performance-centric capabilities in the smartphone industry is The Realme GT series.
Almost two years later, Realme has announced a new GT 6T smartphone in India which is gaining much traction in the mid-range segment for its head-turning nano mirror design and powerful specification.
The Realme GT 6T is a smartphone launched to handle heavy and graphic-intensive tasks like gaming, multitasking, etc.
In addition to that during the launch of this phone, it was compared with several high-end and upper mid-ranger devices like Samsung Galaxy S24 Plus, Vivo V30 Pro, etc. However, does it go up to the hype for smartphones around Rs.30000?
Realme GT 6T Design Review
The design of the Realme GT 6T is aesthetically pleasing in multiple ways including its back panel, proportionately curved display, and nano-mirror camera module because it contains everything that one needs from a smartphone.
The Realme GT 6T looks premium but also possesses a good build quality with corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 and a stainless steel frame. Glossy plastic backs are used on the rear panel of this phone which are fingerprint proofing as well as dust-free items.

However, despite being very beautiful while looking at them; they catch way too much dust and fingerprints that can be disturbing for many people out there. Furthermore, the back panel comes with a dual camera sensor alongside an LED flash module containing two lights.
At the front, a 6.78-inch curved AMOLED screen with thin bezels and the punch-hole selfie cam is placed in the middle of it. The smartphone Realme GT 6T looks sleek, light, and not too big for us to handle gaming, texting, and other tasks.
Realme GT 6T Display Review
In terms of display, Realme GT 6T offers up to 1000nits peak brightness as well as a Local Peak of 6000nits which is distinct considering that there are very few brands offering such high-quality display even in harsh sunlight.
I think that the ideal brightness for daily use indoors may be around 40-50%. In auto brightness mode this smartphone blends perfectly into the surroundings for a comfortable level of light on its screen.
It has a 120Hz 8T LTPO display that ensures smooth navigation and quick responses thereby eliminating lags seen during day-to-day interactions.
When it comes to viewing and gaming experience, Realme GT 6T delivered clear and vivid visual experiences. Many online streaming services had HDR content henceforth I enjoyed watching films or any kind of HD videos.
Moreover, visually speaking, the gaming experience was always great due to the Super HD graphics engine.
Realme GT 6T Camera Review
The phone is fitted with a dual-camera system, comprising a 50MP OIS SONY LYT-600 main camera and an 8MP SONY IMX355 wide-angle camera.
The key thing about the main camera’s performance is that it takes colors in too high a tone which makes images less qualitative.
Besides, the low-light shots are not worthy of praise but taking into account the fact that it’s a medium-priced smartphone and it mostly inclines towards the performance sector, I may say that its camera experience was satisfactory though there are some others available in this range.
Its 8MP wide lens camera gives pictures an indistinct texture, thus making people have trouble capturing wide-angle shots with it.
In addition to this, although no macro lens has been included yet the phone can focus on objects quite well although again post-processing on photos looks like they were edited or blurred by you or appear as if you have applied filters on them.
Its 32MP selfie camera does an adequate job at clicking good photos having clear details and textures.
Realme GT 6T Performance Review
The Realme GT 6T is powered by a Snapdragon 7+ Gen3 chipset that has been made using the cutting-edge 4nm TSMC process that provides seamless everyday performance.
On the other hand, it comes with 12GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB UFS 4.0 storage which is ideal for any gaming or performance-oriented smartphone. With regards to that, there’s also an Iceberg Vapor Cooling System in place to maintain its temperature during extreme usage of it.
However, during extended gaming sessions and excessive use, it may get hot thus resulting in poor gaming experiences. Nevertheless, most of the heat might be because of Delhi’s high summer temperatures so.
Therefore I think this could be a serious gamer phone namely Poco F6 as well as Infinix GT20 Pro Competitors.
Although there are some heating issues, I did not experience any significant frame drops or lagging in terms of performance. Again the “GT Mode” elevates the phone’s functionality during heavy usage thereby making it even simpler and effortless.
This way nothing can interrupt your device’s speed at all times, as we know how easy it is to hamper performance whenever you want to do so.
Doing something else first, or Better still playing graphic-intensive games like BGMI and Asphalt 9 was very smooth whereas HDR content further enhanced my delight while playing.

Realme GT 6T Battery Review
