CEO of Nothing, Carl Pei has teased pictures of new Quick Settings. These pictures probably depict the forthcoming Nothing Phone 3. Among other features, Pei displayed the design of Quick Settings.

There have been rumours spreading around about Phone 3 by Nothing Recently, he posted some images of his upcoming product called Nothing Phone 3.
The growing anticipation for the next flagship following the successful launch of Nothing Phone 2 has raised hopes from fans all over. On X (formerly Twitter), he shared photos showing how they were redesigning Quick Setting.

Those images reveal a Quick Setting window and buttons visible at its edges thus fueling rumors about action buttons. Many observers thought that these shared images could be those of alleged Nothing Phone 3.
Nothing Phone 3 Expected Action button
From the pictures shared by Pei, the forthcoming device – Nothing Phone 3 appears to have a power button towards the right section and volume keys to its left.
Although this is just like how it looked in Nothing Phone 2 and Nothing Phone 2a, there are some more buttons that are shown in the images. There is another button that is believed to be an action button, positioned just below the power one.
The Action Button is copied from iPhone 15 which has multiple functionalities powers. They can also be referred to as shortcut keys that enable users to customize their phones according to their needs.
For example: when you hit it once, your phone will be silent while two times will help you take a picture.
However, the speculation on whether on not Nothing Phone 3 has an Action button only raises expectations for this much-awaited phone.
Nothing Phone Expected Specs
Although we can already predict some things about this phone from these pictures, the design cues seem to hint at traditional minimal aesthetics being continued with Nothing Phone 3.
Quick settings have moved away from being pill-shaped buttons that were found in Nothing Phone 2 replacing them with round icons.
It’s no more than the WIFI toggle used up considerable space before since now it’s tinier than ever before. But as Pei suggested these features are something that could be a work in progress, any expected feature can be changed.
